Effective October 1, 2023: There is a $25 cancellation fee for any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Refunds will not be issued for Special Events that you have signed up and pre-paid for with less than 24 hour notice as well. Any checks or debit cards that bounce for Insufficient funds will also be charged a $31 fee plus the original cost owed.
