Hello All - I am often asked about products that can be helpful and beneficial for my clients. Below are a list of common products that I do recommend often to clients. Not every product will apply to every client as we all have different needs! Bosu Ball - this is a great activity to help with balance and coordination. This is absolutely purposeful motor for our spellers and is very versatile! Strengthen your body (or your speller's body) and everyone should probably spend more time on this miraculous piece of equipment more than we do!  Half Balance Ball Workout Poster The poster linked here is the same one that I have hanging in my office. It's double sided and you can decide which side you want to use. It's already laminated so even better. Easy to follow directions and visuals to use your Bosu Ball effectively!  Zip Ball - SO MUCH FUN! Good for kids of all ages! Gives you a FANTASTIC arm workout and lots of smiles! This is a client favorite.  Books Galore! In my opinion these should ALL be read, but I know that they will not be interesting to everyone! These are my most recent books I'm recommending: Underestimated an Autism Miracle by JB Handley and Jamie Handley This book is available in Hardcover, Kindle and on Audible! You won't want to put it down!!! You can check out the SPELLERS Movie at www.kinema.com/spellers  The Reason I Jump by Naoki Higashida (this is also a movie!) Great book by a non speaker. Hardcover, paperback, audible and kindle! Lots of choices.  Un-Typical by Peter Wharmby - Fantastic book with many insights all the way from the UK. Excellent read! When it first came out it wasn't available on Amazon so I'm so happy that it is now available to more people!! I had to order it directly from a bookseller in the UK! Much easier now..... Hardback or Paperback available.  Happiness Falls by Angie Kim A Good Morning America Book Club Novel about a non speaker with Angelman's Syndrome! Fantastic thriller that is a joy to read. On sale on Kindle, audible, hard cover and paperback formats! Get yours today.  Autism - Timed Tasks with a visual timer, visuals (words and pictures) Products like these can be very effective for some but NOT ALL kids.  Sensory Seating in a Peapod style chair - very helpful for sensory seekers needing a lot of input into their bodies.   Comments are closed.
